If I had a pound for every time I heard something like this…
As great as newsletters are, they will NOT transform your employee engagement levels. They might inform, but they don’t inspire, they don’t motivate, they don’t help your people feel emotionally connected to your business and its mission.
A newsletter will not stop your best people from leaving, and it won’t create a culture that makes your employees your greatest advocates to your customers, clients and talent.
All too often, a leader will stick their head in the sand and think their company culture is sorted because they have a couple of tick-box tactics like a newsletter.
To create an organisation of highly engaged people, there needs to be a seismic cultural shift and long-term behaviour change at all levels.
